Executive Chef: Chatree Wongsriphaisan
A native of Thailand, Chef Chatree has worked throughout the industry in a number of prominent positions at Hilton International Bangkok at Park Nai Lert, The Peninsula Bangkok and as part of the strategic pre-opening team of Sirocco and Distil restaurants at The Dome and Le Bua, State Tower, Hansar Bangkok Hotel and Siam@Siam Pattaya.
Prior to joining the team at Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn Bangkok, Chef Chatree was Executive Chef at U Sathorn for the past 5 years as well as being the Executive Chef of Thailand for Absolute Hotel Services.
Chef Chatree has been passionate about cooking since he was a young man, and his career in renowned hotels spans more than 20 years. Chef Chatree is looking forward to welcoming diners to Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn Bangkok, where they will have the unique opportunity to experience his creative and distinctive dishes and be inspired by his culinary innovation.
