Are your hotel rates per room or per person?

The rates are charged per room per night for single/double occupancy and for an extra person the charges is INR 1,000+ tax is on EP and 1,250+ tax charged on CP.

Does my room reservation require any guarantee?

All room reservations require a credit card guarantee.

How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?

The details of our cancellation policy conditions can be found in the confirmation letter. Accordingly, guest can mail or call to hotel reservation and cancel the booking.

How many people can stay in one room?

Maximum 3 person can be accommodated in a room with an extra charge for 3rd person.

Do you offer discounts for a group booking?

Do you have a pet policy?

We regret that animals are not allowed on the hotel premises.

Do the rates include breakfast?

There are options of room only and room including breakfast rates. Please check the current offers on our website.

What are the standard check-in and check-out times of the hotel?

The standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out is at 12:00 noon.

Is it possible to check-in earlier?

It is sometimes possible to check-in early however this is subject to availability. To ensure your room is ready upon arrival, we recommend you reserve the room one night in advance.

Can I have a late check-out?

It is possible to have a late check-out as per room availability. Please note that Late check-outs till 18:00 hours will attract Half day charges and post 18:00 hours an additional room night will be charged at the regular room rate.

Do you have twin, triple and quadruple rooms?

We do have twin rooms. For triple rooms, an extra bed at an extra charge can be added. However, no quadruple rooms are available.

Are king-sized beds available in the rooms?

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

All rooms are non-smoking but we provide designated smoking zones.

Are safety deposit boxes available at the hotel?

All guest rooms have a safety locker which is available free of charge.

Is internet available at the hotel?

The entire hotel is set up for free wi-fi internet access in both guestrooms and public areas and you can obtain a username and password from the front desk.

Unfortunately, we do not have facilities for children as we are Business Hotel. However, we have a baby swimming pool available

Baby cots are not available in the hotel.

Yes, there are.

Child below 10 year can be accommodated free of charges with parents.


Where is breakfast served and at what times?

A breakfast buffet is served in The Glass House Restaurant between 06:30 hours to 10:30 hours.

How many restaurants do you have and what are they?

We have one multicuisine restaurant The Glass House. For more information, please visit our dining section.

Is vegetarian cuisine available in the restaurants?

A selection of vegetarian dishes are available in the restaurant.

Is a special menu available for children?

Yes can be designed as per the request.

Do you have 24-hour room service?

Yes we do have 24/7 room service available.

The swimming pool is on the ground floor and open from 07:00 – 19:00 hrs.

Is there a fitness center/gym in the hotel?

We are coming up with a fitness center in the hotel very soon.

How much parking space is available at the hotel?

Do you provide a free shuttle bus/van from/to the airport and to/from hotel?

We regret that there is no free shuttle service available.

How long does it take to get a taxi or limousine from the airport to the hotel and approximately how much does it cost?

It takes approximately 1 hours 15 minutes to get from Pune Airport to the hotel. The cost ranges from INR 900 to 1100 for a taxi from the airport.

How much does the hotel’s private transfer cost?

The hotel transportation costs INR 1750 + taxes from Pune Airport.

How do I get to the hotel by public transportation?

You can take a public taxi to the hotel from Pune Airport which costs between INR 900 to 1,100.

If I take the hotel limousine from the airport, will I be met by a member of Eastin Easy Aishwarya staff?

The hotel chauffeur from Eastin Easy Aishwarya Talegaon will have guest PLACARD displaying at the airport.

Do you have special facilities and services available for the disabled traveler?

Regrettably we do not have any special facilities and services for disabled travelers.

Can the hotel reconfirm my ongoing flight and make arrangements for domestic and international flights?

Yes, the Guest Service staff can assist guest with Kiosk in the lobby for web check ins. However, the guest have to book their tickets by themselves as it requires guest personal details and credit card input.

Is a doctor available at the hotel?

No but we can arrange a doctor on call to come to the hotel or we can escort you to the nearest hospital.

Can I get a massage at the hotel?

No. We regret we do not have a spa.

How far is the nearest hospital to the hotel?

The nearest hospital is 15 minutes’ drive from the hotel.

Where is the nearest bank or currency exchange?

The nearest bank is 2 km from hotel. The banks in India are open from 09.30 hrs. until 16:00 hrs. Monday to Friday only.

What is the currency in India?

Can baggage be stored at the hotel whilst I travel to another location in India?

Yes. Please contact the Guest Service to arrange this.

What voltage do you use in India?

The voltage in India is 220 V.

What is the VAT refund system in India ?

Tourists are able to claim back the VAT on larger purchases when they exit the country. Most department stores display a sign to this effect and will provide the necessary forms for completion.

Is it safe to drink tap water in India?

The tap water in India is not potable. Complimentary drinking water is provided in all guest rooms.

What is the weather like at different times of the year?

As a general guideline, the weather in India is warm all year round. However, the weather is generally most pleasant from November to February when there are clear skies and sunshine. The “hot season” is from April to May, when temperatures reach their highest. The “rainy season” is between June and September although it does not rain every day and usually the rain only lasts for an hour or so in the evening.

What should I wear in India?

The dress code in India is quite modest and so conservative dress is recommended. Shorts and sleeveless vests cannot be worn to visit a temple.

Yes. The entire hotel including all rooms and public areas is equipped with complimentary wi-fi.

Shopping and Tourist Facilities

Are there any major shopping centers near the hotel? And, if so, where are they?

The are no big malls in Talegaon. However, the nearest mall are located in Pimpri which is 23 kms from Talegaon. Shopping markets are there in Talegaon.

How far is the hotel from the main shopping area?

Just 10 minutes’ drive to the local shopping markets in Talegaon.
