All our rooms are equipped with wireless broadband internet access, tea and coffee-making facilities and comfortable beds with duvets.

ARE YOUR HOTEL RATES PER ROOM OR PER PERSON?

The rates charged are per room with double occupancy in All Room types.

DOES MY ROOM RESERVATION REQUIRE ANY GUARANTEE?

All room reservations require a credit card guarantee.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY HOTEL RESERVATION WITHOUT INCURRING A CANCELLATION CHARGE?

To cancel your booking without incurring any charge, please contact the Reservations Department or cancel in the booking system before 6pm on your arrival date. 

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN STAY IN ONE ROOM?

Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of three (3) people. Please note that the third bed will be a rollaway bed and extra charge is applied.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR A GROUP BOOKING?

DO YOU HAVE A PET POLICY?

We regret that animals are not allowed to stay in the guest rooms.

DO THE RATES INCLUDE BREAKFAST?

All rate divided by two type, Room Only and Room include Breakfast.

WHAT IS THE STANDARD CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES OF THE HOTEL?

The standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check out is at 12:00 noon. 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHECK-IN EARLIER?

 It is sometimes possible to check-in earlier but this is subject to availability. However, to be sure of having the room ready upon arrival, you can reserve the room from the night before.

CAN I HAVE A LATE CHECK-OUT?
 It is possible to have a late check out as per room availability.  Please note that, for check-outs after 18:00, an additional room night will be charged at the regular room rate.

DO YOU HAVE TWIN, TRIPLE AND QUADRUPLE ROOMS?

We do have twin rooms. For triple rooms, an extra bed may be added. 

ARE KING SIZE BEDS AVAILABLE IN THE ROOMS?

Yes, they are.

DO YOU HAVE ROOMS WITH A BATHTUB?

Yes, we do, but only in Junior Suites and Suite.

DO YOU HAVE NON-SMOKING ROOMS?

All rooms are non-smoking, but we provide designed smoking zones in the swimming pool area and car park.

ARE SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?

All guest rooms have a safe deposit box which is available free of charge.

IS INTERNET AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?

The entire hotel is set up for free wireless or broadband internet access. You can contact the front desk for a username and password. Both Broadband and WIFI internet access are available in every room.

Travelling With Children

IS A BABYSITTING SERVICE AVAILABLE?

Yes, a babysitting service is available.

WHAT FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN?

We have Kids Club. Open from 7.00 am – 7.00 pm hrs. Additional expense may be charged.

ARE BABY COTS AVAILABLE FOR THE ROOMS?

Baby cots are available on request.

ARE “HIGH CHAIRS” AVAILABLE IN THE RESTAURANTS?

Yes, they are.

WHAT IS YOUR CHILD POLICY?

Our child policy is for those of 16 years and below.

WHERE IS BREAKFAST SERVED AND AT WHAT TIMES?

A breakfast buffet is served in Salt Restaurant & Pool Bar between 6:00 - 11:30 hrs.

HOW MANY RESTAURANTS DO YOU HAVE AND WHAT ARE THEY?

We have 1 main restaurants in the hotel.  For more information, please visit our dining section.

IS VEGETARIAN CUISINE AVAILABLE IN THE RESTAURANTS?

A selection of vegetarian dishes is available in every outlet.

IS A SPECIAL MENU AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN?

Yes, there is. 

DO YOU HAVE 24-HOUR ROOM SERVICE?

Not Yet, last order would be on 11:00 pm 

General Hotel Information

IS THERE A SWIMMING POOL IN THE HOTEL?

The free-form swimming pool and the standard swimming pool are on the ground floor. Open from 6:00 – 20:00 hrs. 

IS THERE A FITNESS CENTER/GYM IN THE HOTEL?

The fitness center/gym is on the ground floor close to the swimming pools. Open from 6:00 – 22:00 hrs. 

HOW MUCH PARKING SPACE IS AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?

The car park can accommodate up to 10 cars.

DO YOU PROVIDE FREE SHUTTLE BUS/VAN FROM/TO THE AIRPORT TO/FROM HOTEL?

We regret that there is no free shuttle service available

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A TAXI OR LIMOUSINE FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL AND APPROXIMATELY HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

It takes approximately 45 minutes to get from the Ngurah Rai international airport to the hotel. The cost ranges from IDR 200.000 – 250.000 for a public taxi.

HOW MUCH DOES A PRIVATE CAR COST?

The cost is IDR 375.000 net per way.

HOW TO GO TO THE HOTEL BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION?

The hotel’s location is very near to the Ngurah Rai international airport therefore we recommend you to take the taxi or Private Car.

IF I TAKE A PRIVATE CAR FROM THE AIRPORT, WILL I BE MET BY A MEMBER OF EASTIN STAFF?

We have airport representatives to meet all our arriving guests and to escort you to the limousine. The representative wait in Golden Bird lounge at Ngurah Rai International airport arrival. 

DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL FACILITIES AND SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR THE DISABLED TRAVELER?

Yes, we have wheel chairs pathway and disable rest room. 

CAN THE HOTEL RECONFIRM MY ONGOING FLIGHT AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS?

Yes, the Concierge staff will be pleased to assist with your travel arrangements.

IS A DOCTOR AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?

We have a doctor on call 24 hours.

CAN I GET A MASSAGE AT THE HOTEL?

We regret that there is no massage service available.

HOW FAR IS THE NEAREST HOSPITAL TO THE HOTEL?

The nearest international standard hospital is 25 minutes’ drive away.

WHERE IS THE NEAREST BANK OR CURRENCY EXCHANGE?

The closest bank is at Bank Central Asia (BCA) which is a 10 minutes’ drive away. The banks in Indonesia are open from 09.30 until 15.30 Monday to Fridays.

WHAT IS THE CURRENCY IN INDONESIA?

The currency in Indonesia is the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). 

CAN BAGGAGE BE STORED AT THE HOTEL WHILST I TRAVEL TO ANOTHER LOCATION IN INDONESIA?

WHAT VOLTAGE DO YOU USE IN INDONESIA?

The voltage in Indonesia is 220 V

IS IT SAFE TO DRINK TAP WATER IN INDONESIA?

It is not advisable to drink the tap water in Indonesia. Complimentary drinking water is provided in all guest rooms.

WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE AT DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE YEAR?

As a general guideline, the weather in Indonesia is warm all year round. However, the weather is generally most pleasant from November to February when there are clear skies and sunshine. The “hot season” is in April and May, when temperatures reach their highest. The “rainy season” is between June and September although it does not rain every day and usually the rain only lasts for an hour or so in the evening.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR IN INDONESIA?

The dress code in Indonesia is quite modest and so conservative dress is recommended. Shorts and sleeveless vests cannot be worn to visit a temple.

CAN I CONNECT MY LAPTOP IN THE ROOM?

Yes, we provide WiFi in all guest rooms and the entire building is also wireless enabled.

Shopping and Tourist Facilities

ARE THERE ANY MAJOR SHOPPING CENTERS NEAR THE HOTEL? AND, IF SO, WHERE ARE THEY?

There are many Shopping Complex nearby the hotel including Seminyak Village Mall. They are 10 – 20 minutes’ drive away.

HOW FAR IS THE HOTEL FROM THE MAIN SHOPPING AREA?

Only 30 minutes’ drive to the city’s main shopping area.
