Cashless Gift Voucher

Guest can purchase Gift Voucher only from Reservation office or directly from the hotel.

• Gift Voucher can be redeemed within the validity period
• The guests can redeem the Gift Voucher against any services in the hotel i.e. accommodation, restaurant, bar and spa
• Redemption is only valid upon submitting Gift Voucher e-copy and guest must inform hotel reception, restaurant, bar and spa to utilize services

Gift Voucher are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase

• Gift Voucher value is subject to taxes
• Gift Voucher can be redeemed against services subject to availability
• Gift Voucher is not valid on bus, boat, rail and car bookings
• Gift Voucher cannot be cancelled or exchanged for cash
• To verify and authenticate Gift Voucher guest must re-confirm purchaser registered name, email and contact number which was used to purchase the Gift Voucher

Gift Voucher is a preloaded cash voucher with a desired amount of money. 
Gift Voucher acts a perfect gift for every festive occasion be it birthday wishes, engagement, wedding or any festive celebration.
 
2.    Can I purchase more than one Gift Voucher per hotel? 
Yes, multiple Gift Vouchers can be purchased. 

3.    Can Gift Vouchers be purchased in customized value?
No. Gift Voucher can be brought in multiple of INR 1000 only. 

4.    Can I redeem more than one Gift Voucher for a single transaction?
Yes, multiple Gift Vouchers can be combined and redeemed against single transaction.

5.    Will my Gift Voucher expire?
Yes, the Gift Voucher is valid for 6 months from date of purchase. 

6.    Where can I buy Gift Voucher? 
The Gift Voucher can be bought by directly contacting the hotel.

7.    How can the Gift Voucher be redeemed?

8.    Can I transfer the Gift Voucher? 
Gift Vouchers are transferable and can be gifted to your loved ones.
Incase of gifting or transfer, purchaser must use the same email ID.

9.    Does the entire value of the Gift Voucher have to be redeemed at once?
This Gift Voucher is valid for complete redemption.  Balance or unused amount will not be refunded and credit note will not be given.

10.    What can be done if the billed value exceeds the value of my Gift Voucher?
If your bill value exceeds the Gift Voucher value, the balance will have to be settle by paying the difference amount in cash or by credit or debit card

11.    What are qualifying spends?
Gift Vouchers can be redeemed for complete spends towards stay, restaurant, bar and spa services.

12.    Do I have to be staying at the hotel to use my Gift Voucher?
No, a Gift Voucher can be redeemed for services like dining, spa and other facilities managed by the hotel where a stay is not mandatory.

13.    How long does it take to receive a Gift Voucher?
E-voucher is delivered immediately after the payment is done and confirmed to the recipient’s designated e-mail ID

14.    What should I do if my Gift Voucher is misused?
Hotel is not responsible if the Gift Voucher is used without permission.
