Yes, the Gift Voucher is valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

8. Can I transfer the Gift Voucher?
Gift Vouchers are transferable and can be gifted to your loved ones.
Incase of gifting or transfer, purchaser must use the same email ID.
9. Does the entire value of the Gift Voucher have to be redeemed at once?
This Gift Voucher is valid for complete redemption. Balance or unused amount will not be refunded and credit note will not be given.
10. What can be done if the billed value exceeds the value of my Gift Voucher?
If your bill value exceeds the Gift Voucher value, the balance will have to be settle by paying the difference amount in cash or by credit or debit card
11. What are qualifying spends?
Gift Vouchers can be redeemed for complete spends towards stay, restaurant, bar and spa services.
12. Do I have to be staying at the hotel to use my Gift Voucher?
No, a Gift Voucher can be redeemed for services like dining, spa and other facilities managed by the hotel where a stay is not mandatory.
13. How long does it take to receive a Gift Voucher?
E-voucher is delivered immediately after the payment is done and confirmed to the recipient’s designated e-mail ID
14. What should I do if my Gift Voucher is misused?
Hotel is not responsible if the Gift Voucher is used without permission.
