All 44 apartments have contemporary and stylish décor with kitchenette facilities, which is a unique feature of the Hotel. Facilities and services provide value, as well as flexibility to both business and leisure travellers. Includes an all day dining restaurant serving local, regional and international favourites, gym and mini mart cum wine shop.
ARE YOUR HOTEL RATES PER ROOM OR PER PERSON?
The rates are charged per room per night for single or double occupancy and for an extra person 1000rs++++ per night will be charged.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY HOTEL RESERVATION WITHOUT A CHARGE?
A reservation can be cancelled before 48 hours at no extra charge. The details of our cancellation policy conditions can be found in the confirmation letter we send confirming your booking.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN STAY IN ONE ROOM?
Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of three (3) adults. Please note that the third person will be charged extra

DO YOU HAVE A PET POLICY?
We regret to inform but we do not have a pet policy.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHECK-IN EARLIER?

CAN I HAVE A LATE CHECK-OUT?
Subject to Availability. (Our standard check out time is 1200hrs. Late checkout till 1400hrs would be permitted as per availability. Between 1400hrs-1600hrs 25% late checkout would be charged, 1600-1800hrs 50% late checkout would be charged wherein after 1800hrs full day rate would be charged.)

DO YOU HAVE TWIN, TRIPLE AND QUADRUPLE ROOMS?
We do have twin rooms. For triple rooms, an extra bed at an extra charge can be added. However, no quadruple rooms are available.
ARE KING-SIZE BEDS AVAILABLE IN THE ROOMS?
Yes
DO YOU HAVE ROOMS WITH A BATHTUB?
No. We do have cubicle shower in all rooms
DO YOU HAVE NON-SMOKING ROOMS?
Yes, our all rooms are non-smoking rooms.
ARE SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
All guest rooms have a safety deposit box which is available free of charge.
IS INTERNET AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
The entire hotel is set up for free wi-fi internet access in both guestrooms and public areas and you can obtain a username and password from the front desk.

WHAT FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN?
We do not have gaming zone facility available.
ARE HIGH CHAIRS AVAILABLE IN THE RESTAURANTS?
Yes, they are.
WHAT IS A CHILD POLICY?
A child is considered to be 6 years of age and under. A maximum of one child staying with their parents can stay free of charge.

WHERE IS BREAKFAST SERVED AND AT WHAT TIMES?
A breakfast buffet is served in ADDR Restaurant on lobby level between 7:00 a.m -10.30 a.m.
HOW MANY RESTAURANTS DO YOU HAVE AND WHAT ARE THEY?
We have 1 outlets; ADDR restaurant for all day dining.
IS VEGETARIAN CUISINE AVAILABLE IN THE RESTAURANTS?
A selection of vegetarian dishes are available in all outlets.
IS A SPECIAL MENU AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN?
Yes.
DO YOU HAVE 24-HOUR ROOM SERVICE?
Yes, we do have 24 hour room service available.
General Resort Information
IS THERE A SWIMMING POOL IN THE HOTEL?
No, we do not have in-house swimming pool at the hotel.
IS THERE A FITNESS CENTER/GYM IN THE HOTEL?
Our fitness center is situated on terrace and open daily from 6.00 a.m – 10.00 p.m.
HOW MUCH PARKING SPACE IS AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
The car park can accommodate up to 5 - 7 cars.
DO YOU PROVIDE A FREE SHUTTLE FROM/TO AIRPORT TO/FROM HOTEL?
We regret that there is no free shuttle service available. But the service can be arranged at additional charge on prior request.
HOW DO I GET TO THE HOTEL BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION?
State transportations is available from other cities to Vadodara; so as auto rickshaws are available locally to take you to hotel.
IS A DOCTOR AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
We do not have residential doctor at the hotel, however doctor on call is available 24 hours a day.
CAN I GET A MASSAGE AT THE HOTEL?
No, but we do have a tie-up with an outsourced agency, information can be available from front desk.
WHAT IS THE CURRENCY IN INDIA?
The currency in India is INR.
CAN BAGGAGE BE STORED AT THE HOTEL WHILST I TRAVEL TO ANOTHER LOCATION?
Yes, we do have a left luggage room near front desk, where your luggage can be stored at.
WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE AT DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE YEAR?
Despite a varied climate the whole country experiences the same cycle of seasons that is summer, monsoon & winter. The summer season starts in month of April & continues till June. The rainy season from July till October & the winter season starts in the end of October till beginning of March.
CAN I CONNECT MY LAPTOP IN THE ROOM?
Yes. There are electrical sockets available in the rooms to connect a laptop
