DOES MY ROOM RESERVATION REQUIRE ANY GUARANTEE?
All room reservations require a credit card guarantee.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY HOTEL RESERVATION WITHOUT INCURRING A CANCELLATION CHARGE?
To cancel your booking without incurring any charge, please contact the Reservations Department or cancel in the booking system before 6.00 p.m. on your arrival date.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN STAY IN ONE ROOM?
Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of three (3) people. Please note that the third bed will be a rollaway bed and an extra charge will be applied.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR A GROUP BOOKING?

DO YOU HAVE A PET POLICY?
We regret that animals are not allowed to stay in guest rooms.
DO THE RATES INCLUDE BREAKFAST?
All rates are divided into two types, Room Only and Room Including Breakfast.
WHAT ARE THE STANDARD CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES OF THE HOTEL?
The standard check-in time is 2.00 p.m. while the standard check-out time is 12.00 p.m. noon.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHECK-IN EARLIER?
Early check-ins are subject to room availability. If you are arriving early in the day, we suggest adding an extra night to your booking 1 day before your scheduled arrival in order to guarantee that your room is ready upon arrival at the hotel.
Please inform our staff when making your booking if you plan to book an additional night in order to guarantee that your room will be ready for you upon your arrival.
CAN I HAVE A LATE CHECK-OUT?
Late check-outs are subject to room availability. Please note that for check-outs after 6.00 p.m., an additional room night will be charged at the regular room rate.
DO YOU HAVE TWIN, TRIPLE AND QUADRUPLE ROOMS?
We do have twin rooms. For triple rooms, an extra bed may be added.
ARE KING SIZE BEDS AVAILABLE IN THE ROOMS?
Yes, they are.
DO YOU HAVE ROOMS WITH A BATHTUB?
Yes, we do, our Junior Suites feature a bathtub.
DO YOU HAVE NON-SMOKING ROOMS?
All rooms at Eastin Hotel Nha Trang are non-smoking rooms. Our hotel has designated smoking zones located next to the swimming pool area and car park.
ARE SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
All guest rooms have a safety deposit box which is available free of charge.
IS INTERNET AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
The entire hotel is set up for free wireless or broadband internet access. You can contact the front desk for a username and password. Both broadband and Wi-Fi internet access is available in every room.

Yes, a babysitting service is available.
WHAT FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN?
We have a Kids Pool.
ARE BABY COTS AVAILABLE FOR THE ROOMS?
Baby cots are available on request.
ARE “HIGH CHAIRS” AVAILABLE IN THE RESTAURANTS?
Yes, high chairs are available in the restaurants.
WHAT IS YOUR CHILD POLICY?
Our child policy applies to children below 16 years old. Children under the age of 16 stay free of charge when sharing a room with their parents.
WHERE IS BREAKFAST SERVED AND AT WHAT TIME?
A breakfast buffet is served in The Salt restaurant on the Ground floor, from 6.00 a.m. - 11.30 a.m.
HOW MANY RESTAURANTS DO YOU HAVE AND WHAT ARE THEY?
We have 1 main restaurant in the hotel. For more information, please visit our dining section.
IS VEGETARIAN CUISINE AVAILABLE IN THE RESTAURANTS?
A selection of vegetarian dishes are available at every outlet.
IS A SPECIAL MENU AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN?
Yes, all our restaurants have a special kid’s menu available.
DO YOU HAVE 24-HOUR ROOM SERVICE?
Not yet, but we’re working on it! Last order for room service is at 11.00 p.m.

IS THERE A SWIMMING POOL IN THE HOTEL?
Our swimming pool is located on the 3rd floor and are open from 6.00 a.m. – 8.00 p.m.
IS THERE A FITNESS CENTRE/GYM IN THE HOTEL?
The fitness centre is located on the 3rd floor close to the swimming pool, and is open from 6.00 a.m. – 8.00 p.m.
HOW MUCH PARKING SPACE IS AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
The car park can accommodate up to 100 cars and 260 motorbikes.
DO YOU PROVIDE A FREE SHUTTLE BUS/VAN FROM/TO THE AIRPORT TO/FROM THE HOTEL?
We regret that there is no free shuttle service available.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A TAXI OR LIMOUSINE FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL AND APPROXIMATELY HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
It takes approximately 45 minutes to get from the Cam Ranh International Airport to the hotel. The cost ranges from VND 180,000 - 250,000 for a public taxi.
HOW MUCH DOES A PRIVATE CAR COST?
The cost is VND 375,000 net per way.
HOW CAN I GET TO THE HOTEL BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION?
As the hotel is located about 36 km from Cam Ranh International Airport, we recommend you take a taxi or private car.
IF I TAKE A PRIVATE CAR FROM THE AIRPORT, WILL I BE MET BY A MEMBER OF THE EASTIN STAFF?
We have airport representatives to meet all our arriving guests and to escort them to the limousine. The representative will wait for you at the exit of the airport.
DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL FACILITIES AND SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR DISABLED TRAVELLERS?
Yes, we have wheelchair pathways and disabled rest rooms.
CAN THE HOTEL RECONFIRM MY ONGOING FLIGHT AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS?
Yes, the Concierge staff will be pleased to assist you with your travel arrangements.
IS A DOCTOR AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
We have a doctor on call 24 hours.
CAN I GET A MASSAGE AT THE HOTEL?
Unfortunately, we have no spa facilities.
HOW FAR IS THE NEAREST HOSPITAL TO THE HOTEL?
The nearest international standard hospital is a 5 minutes’ drive away.
WHERE IS THE NEAREST BANK OR CURRENCY EXCHANGE?
The closest bank is at Nam A Bank - Tran Phu Transaction Office which is a 5 minutes’ walk away. The banks in Vietnam are open from 7.00 a.m. – 11.15 a.m. and 1.15 p.m. - 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
WHAT IS THE CURRENCY IN VIETNAM?
The currency in Vietnam is the Vietnamese Dong (VND).
CAN BAGGAGE BE STORED AT THE HOTEL WHILST I TRAVEL TO ANOTHER LOCATION IN INDONESIA?

WHAT VOLTAGE DO YOU USE IN VIETNAM?
The voltage in Vietnam is 220 V.
IS IT SAFE TO DRINK THE TAP WATER IN VIETNAM?
The tap water in Vietnam is not potable. Complimentary drinking water is provided in all guest rooms (2 bottles per room per day).
WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE AT DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE YEAR?
As a general guideline, the weather in Vietnam is warm all year round. However, the weather is generally most pleasant from February to May
when there are clear skies and sunshine. The “hot season” runs from May until early August, when temperatures reach their highest. The “rainy season” is between September and December.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR IN VIETNAM?
The dress code in Vietnam is quite casual and so informal dress is recommended.
CAN I CONNECT MY LAPTOP TO THE INTERNET IN MY ROOM?
Yes, we provide Wi-Fi internet in all guest rooms. The entire building is also Wi-Fi enabled.
Shopping and Tourist Facilities
ARE THERE ANY MAJOR SHOPPING CENTRES NEAR THE HOTEL? AND, IF SO, WHERE ARE THEY?
There are many shopping complexes near the hotel including Nha Trang Center Shopping mall. They are all about a 2 minutes’ drive and 7 minutes’ walk away.
HOW FAR IS THE HOTEL FROM THE MAIN SHOPPING AREA?
The main shopping area is about a 2 minutes’ drive from the hotel.
