Our chefs in the open kitchen demonstrate their culinary skills by offering sushi and sashimi specials featuring only the finest fish on the market, cooking mouthwatering dishes using carefully chosen premium ingredients and preparing the catch of the day from the guest’s selection of fresh seafood from our very own ice mountain.
